Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

On-Premise Trainings/Bootcamps/Workshops:

 

Cancellation by Participant

 

The following policy applies to on-site training engagements

 

1.     The training engagement will be confirmed to proceed 10 business days prior to its scheduled date.

 

2.     Cancellation done prior to 10 business days will not be charged the fee and full refund will be given.

 

3.     Cancellation done within 5-10 business days will be refunded 50% of the fee.

 

4.     Cancellation within 1-5 days or in case of no show, participant will be charged as full amount.

 

5.     Registration substitution may be done at any time.

 

6.     Please note if you do not attend or do not cancel, you are responsible for the payment.

 

 

 

Cancellation by Skill Essentials LLC.

 

1.     If sufficient confirmed registration are not received within 2 weeks (10 business days) prior to the scheduled date of training, Skill Essentials LLC may cancel the training and notify the participants immediately.

 

2.     Skill Essentials LLC reserves the right to cancel or change the schedule for training for the reasons not limiting to lack of participation, equipment, classroom or trainer availability.

 

3.     In such a case Refund will be granted to the participants.

 

  1. Skill Essentials LLC, is not liable for any direct, or indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to, cancellation penalties for transportation or accommodations. The customerÕs sole remedy shall be the refund of prepaid course fees

Skill Essentials LLC. shall not be liable for damages of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in the training materials nor shall Skill Essentials be liable for any damages resulting from the use of the training materials or other information conveyed at an Skill Essentials course.

 

 

Web Based Trainings
